Movement
Movement is Hinge Health’s annual thought leadership conference focused on highlighting trends in the industry, sharing innovations in the musculoskeletal (MSK) benefits space, and discussing the future of health care.
We leverage Movement as a tentpole event mid-sales cycle to connect, elevate, and influence employers, benefits leaders, and consultants. The event brings a couple hundred clients and prospects together to learn, inspire, and network.
Movement requires a team of creatives, content drivers, and storytellers to be successful. The event has numerous phases including a 360 promotion campaigns, experiential activation design, to the live production of the event, through the post-event content creation. Movement is an anchor moment in Hinge Health’s hub and spoke content strategy.

The promotion cycle for conferences of this size are robust and phased. We built solutions and content for each level of the funnel and cycle of the information share out. From announcement of the date and location, to the open registration, through the keynote speaker announcement.
The marketing channels were focused on email, video, social, and display ads.
Experiential
The full in-person journey. From check-in to happy hour. Movement was an energizing event that took you along the members journey and brought Hinge Health’s products and features to life by telling real people stories and their journeys moving beyond pain.
