Movement 2025

Movement is the marquee owned and operated conference for Hinge Health. The event sets out to bring a wide range of B2B audiences together in the employer, health, and benefits leader space.
In 2025 we doubled our attendee goal, show rate, and aligned to launch two new products all while evolving the brand expression and helping to influence open opportunities mid year.
Movement is more than just an event execution. From the promotional strategy, to main stage content development, through physical activations and brand moments and production, the event brings multiple teams together to collaborate and showcase the future of care. The event builds off the core brand expression and is inspired by movement itself, capturing both physical motion and the shared, forward-looking ambition to improve health care.

Promotion
With a expectations for the 2025 event higher than ever, it required a tight creative brief, clear design strategy, focused messaging framework, and a nimble promotion strategy. This years promo strategy dug deeper into audience behavioral insights and hyper focused retargeting in collaboration with a robust sales outreach play.
To set the organization up for success multiple toolkits and templates were created and rolled out to allow for agile creation without compromising on quality. Resources and assets were created for a range of marketing channels, including: email, social, pre-roll, and display ads.
Event result
2025 raised the bar and expectations for future events. From content that resonated, to the amount of influenced closed/won deals, the 2025 event has been hailed a success by established metrics for success and qualitatively from executive experience and retrospectives.

Movement 2025 was so successful that marketing was able to capitalize on the momentum and spin up a regional event to expand the reach for those audience members who were not able to attend in person.
